I'm a mid 30's female who is not yet prepared to fully relinquish her youth, but is (very, very!) occasionally prepared to dip her toe into 'middle-aged-dom'.
In 2011 myself and Hubby re-located from the Durham coastline to the Suffolk countryside.There were a few hiccups along the way that left us questioning our priorities in life; mainly our mindless spending and 'buy-in' to mass consumerism. As a result, my aim is to prove that it is possible to live a life more frugal, but no less fabulous.
As well as blogging, I'm a scriptwriter for 'Seven Sisters' - the new on-line social media based soap opera - and a freelance writer for several publications. I also run my own specialist recruitment business.
My passions in life are exploring, shopping, travelling, thrifting, growing my own veggies, drinking iced lattes, snuggling on the couch, spending time with those precious to me, taking random photos and dreaming of a life less ordinary.
